Dear Parishioners,

It has been a blessing to witness so many people coming together to build a New Family of Faith. As the first parishioners of Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church we have shared in the privilege of becoming a significant part of history making.

Although this web site documents some of the first milestones of our coming together on Spring Avenue, it also reminds us that our journey as baptized disciples of Jesus continues as we share in one another's joys and sorrows and reach out to the wider community in the Heart of the Tennessee Valley. As Mary's "yes" transformed history forever, so may our shared commitment Light the New Millennium.

It has been said that behind every human face there is a human story. The material contained in this web site reminds us that God's plan for our New Family of Faith has only just begun and continues in the daily lives of our parishioners. We can be confident that God, who has begin the stories of faith that we share, will crown them for His glory and honor. It is our conviction and hope the best milestones for our parish are still to come.

The harvest is great and there is an abundance of new challenges and blessings to be shared. May we open our hearts and hands to welcome in thanksgiving each new parishioner that God sends to accompany us on our pilgrimage of faith. It is my prayer that Annunciation of the Lord become a home for all people to share in a Future Full of Hope. .
