St. Ann School Building

• In the Education Building, the window frames are beginning to be installed.
• The circular stairwell in the back of the school is up and working.
• Brick work is progressing on the school and soon the workers will be applying the secondary exterior finishes.

  Holy Family Parish Life Center Building

• The metal stud walls are in place which identify the various rooms and spaces.
• All of the electrical outlets are installed.
• The many arches in this building, typical of Roman architecture, are now visible along the exterior as well as the interior walls.
• The window frame for the Annunciation window is in place with brick work above and along the sides beginning to take shape.

  General Notes

• The construction schedule is on target.
• An Open House date is still not possible because of safety issues.
• Financial plans are taking shape with the borrowing of $3,500,000 from the Education Bond completed at the end of 2002.
• The balance remaining to be borrowed for Phase I is approximately $2,000,000.
• The total construction cost of Phase I is currently on budget approximately $6,500,000.
• The Transition Team will have its first meeting on Sunday, January 19.
